The challenge

The Marina Building, located in one of the most emerging and sought after areas of Valencia, represented an ideal opportunity for real estate tokenization. In March 2022, Reental acquired five floors of this building from the 70s, in the port of Valencia, with plans to manage it for at least 3 years.
