New addition to Customer Success: We introduce you to Carmen.

We recently announced the expansion of the team at Reental and with which we couldn't be happier, but as we expected, Reental continues to grow so fast and at such a high level that it asks us to add new members to the team.

This growth can be seen in recent weeks, when we set 2 new records in the sale of tokenized properties, with Sevilla-4 tokenized in less than an hour and Castellón-1 tokenized in about 30 minutes. Of course, these events mark a before and after in Reental's trajectory, although we hope they are the normality, not the exception.

And not only do we have to set time records, just a few days ago we announced the start of 2 major Reental projects for 2022, and of which we will be releasing tracks on our social networks for the coming days.

So because of all this growth, we have the opportunity to continue expanding our team, and in this case to improve all relationships with you, our Reentels.

We introduce you to Carmen de la Vara, she defines herself as a naturally restless person, and it is that concern that leads her to never stop learning, so she continues to train continuously in the subjects that interest her, and always with the objective of solving problems, which makes her very decisive.

At the training level, it should be noted that Carmen is a student of Computer Engineering, which accentuates her curious personality and her ability to solve problems, and she is also an athlete, so she constantly seeks to overcome herself and obstacles.

When I thought about Reental's needs and chose the features that should be covered, I couldn't think of anyone better than Carmen, since she had previously worked with me at Chekin, so I know everything she's capable of and up to what level she can take Reental with the whole team.

You're probably wondering, and what is Carmen going to do in Reental? Well, as I have been saying since the beginning of this post, Carmen will be very close to you, since she will cover the functions of Customer Success. In essence, you will be answering all questions and problems that may arise to Reentels, in addition to improving the flow of communication between investors and Reental.
