Reental and UNQ Coinvestments, an alliance to democratize real estate investment

At Reental, we have always been committed to revolutionizing access to the real estate market and making it accessible to everyone. For this reason, we are proud to announce our collaboration with UNQ Coinvestments, a renowned multi-family office led by Juan Esquer, who shares our vision of democratizing investments through innovation.

This alliance has allowed us to launch exciting and successful projects that are already marking a turning point in the sector. We know that we are building a solid path towards a future full of opportunities both for our investors and for the real estate industry in general.

Projects that demonstrate our joint strength

In the last year, together with UNQ Coinvestments, we have launched three real estate investment projects totaling more than 20 million euros. Each of them has been structured with tokenization as a basis, a tool that has allowed hundreds of investors to participate with tickets starting at 100 euros and obtain exceptional returns.

One of our most outstanding milestones was the project of real estate flipping in Madrid, where we bought a home, renovated it to increase its value and then sold it with an attractive capital gain. This project not only had a return of between 9.75% and 13.75% for our investors in only 8 months, but it was also financed by the issuance of 5,774 tokens that sold out in less than 20 minutes, an absolute record for us.

On the other hand, on the Costa del Sol, we have created two residential projects that are generating great expectations. One of them, located in the prestigious residential area Estepona Golf, is a luxury complex designed by the architect Fran Silvestre, known for its contemporary and sustainable style. This development, which includes 17 single-family homes, stands out for its focus on efficiency, cost reduction and minimum environmental impact. To finance it, we issue 22,000 tokens which will allow our investors to receive an estimated return of between 14% and 20% in just 6 months.

The most recent of these projects is a spectacular single-family villa in Marbella, with a design of 293 m² located in one of the most exclusive areas of the town. This project combines a rental strategy with option to buy back, generating stable revenues while guaranteeing a projected return for our investors of between 21% and 26% at the end of the 24-month period.
