Reental grows and we expand our team!

It seems that it was yesterday when we started this journey and it really seems like a dream that Reental has grown so much, not only have we grown because of the 12 tokenized properties we have today (leaders in Europe in the tokenization of our own assets), we have also grown in Reentels who trust our properties, in fact more than 4000 registered and 400 investors from 50 different countries. We have also grown together with our great community and can be a clear example of our group of Telegram, which has more than 560 real users, who rely on the Reental team and other Reentels to answer all questions and share information.

But if we talk about growth, we must certainly talk about the expansion we have made in our human capital and talent that helps us to grow faster and better. As I will introduce you below, you will see that the new “star signings” are roles that empower all of Reental's “legs”, which will allow us to take this project one step further, thus bringing us ever closer to our mission.

Marketing

The marketing area plays a fundamental role in all companies, as it is the force that makes a good product and a good company known, so at Reental we have decided to invest in this area to expand our message as widely as possible. Our marketing signings are Pol and Xavi!

Pol Martínez

On the one hand, Pol is responsible for generating our Inbound Marketing strategy, reviewing our SEO and Growth, and working together with Xavi in the area of business development. Perhaps you have seen that Pol has written some articles in our blog, and if that's not the case, I invite you to check out our blog and articles of all kinds.

Xavi Armengol

On the other hand, we introduce Xavi, although some of you may already know him, he is responsible for developing our Reentels community on all channels, and he is also responsible for managing our social networks by creating and sharing quality content on all of them.

Both members of the marketing area work in the same “discipline” but from different and always coordinated points of view, which has helped us to increase the number of new users.

In addition to our internal marketing team, we have also collaborated with subject matter experts outside of Reental, such as a public relations agency and a marketing communications company. Both external “signings” were designed from the start to increase our capacity to the maximum, and it's working very well.

Tech

Another of the fundamental “legs” of the Reental team is the “tech” area, it is the members of this department who are responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our website and platform are working perfectly, in addition to the design, of course.

Isaac Acosta

Isaac is our master in front end, that is, he is the “crack” that creates and applies the design of the web and platform with which you, our users, interact on a daily basis.

Víctor Merino y Guille Pérez

Both work on the solidity_soldiers team and are responsible for doing, almost literally, magic with smart contracts and the graph, which helps us to continuously innovate and improve our processes (although you can't see it yet, a lot is going on behind the scenes). In addition, Víctor and Guille are always very close to Sokar, our CTO, and thanks to this we are all at the forefront of the crypto world.

Operations

Max Carlucho

Finally, we would find Max, who controls and oversees all internal operations, from new registrants, investors, to coordinating with the marketing guys for communications with all the Reentels and ensuring that everything works and is up to date.

And so far with the presentation of the new members of the Reental family, I am personally happy to see how the project we started not so long ago, and with only 5 people (Miguel, Marcos, Jose, Sokar and myself), is scaling up more and at a faster pace. I am sure that all our users are looking forward to seeing how our journey evolves and we couldn't be more motivated and happy to be able to build it together with our Reentels, who are also part of our small great team.
