This time we want to tell you what happens when the life cycle of a property in Reental is completed

But first, in case you don't know, we remind you what this cycle is:

- We bought the property.

- We reformed it.

- We rent, either by room, traditional or tourist.

- We sell it

In this post we are going to focus on the last step so you know How to exchange your tokens for your initial investment plus capital gain obtained by the sale.

The first thing we need to do is open our profile in Reental and connect our wallet, If you don't know what I'm talking about you can take a look at this other post.

Remember that it is very important that you have some BNB in your gas wallet

Gas is the small commission we pay to use the network, in this case the Binance Smart Chain. The advantage is that it is so small that we will hardly notice it.

Once a property is sold, its status in the dApp is changed to “Sold and Closed”, as you can see in the following image.

As you can see, at the bottom you have a button for “Complain”, you have to click on it and you will immediately get a modal that will look like the one below.

Here you must click on “Confirm” to accept the exchange of your property tokens for the corresponding USDT.

You will immediately receive a notification from your wallet to confirm the transaction and complete the change and THAT'S IT! you already have the USDT in your wallet.

If you can't see them, remember to add the contract of USDT - 0x55D398326F99059FF775485246999027B3197955 to your wallet.
