Nature of the instrument to be issued

The financial instrument with which we articulate the transaction consists of Tokenization of a participatory loan of a duration of 48 months, with a total return of 10.51%. Tokens will be issued, with a value per token of 100€. Each token represents the possession of a share of the loan and will earn the corresponding proportional dividends.
