Nature of the instrument to be issued

The financial instrument with which we articulate the transaction consists of Tokenization of a participatory loan of a duration of 72 months, with a total return of 66.33%. Tokens will be issued, with a value of 100€ token. Each token represents the possession of a share of the loan and will earn the corresponding proportional dividends.

One will be distributed monthly rent from the rent, and a dividend after 72 months from the capital gain from the sale. In addition to the repayment of the principal of the loan after 72 months.

The dividend to be distributed to the token holders will be the one calculated after the following operation:
